Reporting a wrong rate
Include the URL, the figure shown and the figure you believe is correct, with the source you are comparing against and the time you checked. Rates move through the day, so the timestamp matters as much as the number.
If the sitewide placeholder banner is showing, the rates on screen are seeded test data and we already know. That banner disappears the moment live data is in place.
Submitting a local sarafa quote
We do not publish invented city prices, so verified local quotes are genuinely useful. Send the city, the market, the association or shop, the karat, the per-tola figure and the date and time it was quoted.
Quotes we can attribute and re-verify get published with the source named. Anonymous figures do not.
Using our data
Short quotations with a link back are fine. Systematic scraping is not, and republishing our figures without the capture time strips out the part that makes them meaningful.
